Kirk Leone began his building career in the early 1980's when he started his own business as an inside trim contractor. His desire to become a licensed general contractor was influenced by his love for the fine detail and finishing touches that trim work added to a new home. His experience as a trim carpenter has translated into his desire to be a hands-on builder. Although he now uses other professional subcontractors for much of his work, it would not be unusual for him to be seen doing trim work on the jobsite.

          R. Kirk Leone Builder, Inc. was formed by Kirk Leone in 1994. Kirk's prior experience as a carpenter and businessman, gave him the inspiration to form a custom home building company where Kirk could further pursue his talent and skills for design, building, and developing. As a result, over 100 custom homes have been built and sold, ranging in price from $250,000 to $3,000,000. In addition, six exciting new neighborhoods have been developed.

          Our homebuilding and land development company is family owned and operated. Kirk's wife, Marti Leone, is a licensed real estate agent and is involved in the marketing and sales of our homes. Marti's cousin, Russell Judy, also a licensed general contractor, is our building superintendent, and Kirk's mom, Phyllis Miller, is the office manager and bookkeeper. Additionally, we provide the services of an interior decorator, Raquel Young, who is available to assist our homebuyers with their selections.

          Because this is a family business, we take great pride and personal care in what we do. Our team works closely together to be certain that our homebuyer's experience with purchasing and building a new home is comfortable, relaxed and rewarding. Kirk has built his good reputation as a builder of choice, based on high standards of craftsmanship, integrity, and reliability. We know that our homeowners expect exceptional attention to detail, reliable workmanship, and trust in their builder.
